TDMN: Dallas County DA Watkins may face GOP challenge
Several months ago, Dallas County Republicans didn’t think they would field a candidate to contest District Attorney Craig Watkins’ re-election bid next year.
But now, Dallas defense lawyer Phillip Linder is poised to seek the Republican nomination for district attorney and challenge Watkins in the general election.
